    Hi Ronja
    My partner suffers from depression and there
    Are some times when he goes to a dark place where no-one else can follow. I think this might be so helpful for him. Would you give some advice about how I can talk him into giving it a go? I’m sure it is difficult to want to do anything when in that frame of mind.

      Hey Elle, thank you for this great question! So while you definitely want to hold a space of love and compassion in a relationship, and we can learn and grow together, you don’t want to become your partner’s therapist. If you feel like this could help him, then what you can do is to say in an easy going way something like:

      “Hey, I just saw this video about a cool practice for releasing emotions in a really effortless and loving way.
      The woman in the video says it’s super helpful for sadness, frustration and any emotional stuckness. I feel moved to try it out, and if you want I can send you the link too.
      Please feel absolutely zero pressure to do this, but just check it out to see if it resonates. It feels like a really empowering method to move into more power and flow. And if there’s aaanything that I can do to support you, you know I’m here babe x”

      Feel free to tweak n phrase it in a way that feels like your voice. And let me know how it goes!
