How to Sleep Less & Have More Energy – Polyphasic Sleeping for Parents, Party Animals and Passionpreneurs…

Unless you’re a cat, a sloth or a total sleepoholic and absolutely loooove snoozing in between the sheets, you probably wouldn’t mind having a few extra hours of creative/productive/enjoyable time per day.

And although the dreamstate can be a great playground for lucid dreaming and astral projection, I for one feel waaay too in love with life to want to spend a third of it sleeping. (That’s like, 33 YEARS if you live to be 100.)

Having said that, it’s of course pretty useless to have more time awake and feel like a drugged out zombie for those extra hours, ammiright?

But how about sleeping less, having extra time AND having more energy?

I’ve been experimenting with this for a few months now, and have found a way that I can sleep 3-6 hours per 24 hours, and have more than enough time for work, creativity, yoga, party and intimacy.

How to Sleep Less, Get Extra Time + Have More Energy.

Polyphasic Sleeping for Parents, Party Animals and Passionpreneurs…

I hope this video gives you more than enough to experiment with!

▷▷ My personal recommendations

Mentioned in the video (any words in bold and pink are clickable):

I you feel excited about Polyphasic Sleep I can recommend joining Bentinho Massaro’s Trinfinity’s Polyphasic Waking Community where lots of cool people share tips and discoveries.

Bose Quiet Comfort noise cancelling headphones
Shakti Mat acupressure mat for deeper sleep + relief from back pain, headaches and busy mind
Essential Oils: for high quality essential oils I recommend the ones from Young Living. (Feel free to reference my distributor # 1141548 or just join however)
Recommended Supplements: MSM, Vitamin C, Vitamin B complex, Magnesium.
For an extra boost I highly recommend drinking Matcha Tea instead of coffee, for a balanced caffeine-high like a mix between Tony Robbins and a zen monk – rather than the coffee jitters of a nervous duracell rabbit…
I also use a free app called f.lux to remove blue light from my computer screen a couple of hours before I sleep. Blue light from screens mess up the circadian rhythm and sleep cycle. F.lux makes computer light much easier on the eyes in the evening.
Massage your feet and ears (especially earlobes) for a “full body massage” via reflexology zones, and start your day with stretching in bed. :)
▷▷ My sleep schedule in a nutshell:
Core sleep of 3 hours, 4,5 hour or 6 hours. Wake up at 6:30am (like 90% of the time ;) ). Usually one, two or three 12 minute naps during the rest of my waking hours – using 12 mins of Delta brainwave music, followed by a wake-up-y song.
For my core sleep (whenever I’m alone in bed) I listen to Delta music, followed by 30 mins Alpha/Theta, followed by 10 mins of Beta, and then a song I love. This is timed so that the “wakeup song” acts as my alarm.
(This is also great for off-setting jetlag!)
If I need to catch a flight I of course have backup alarm(s).

My fave songs to wake up to at the moment:

Show Me – Alina Baraz & Galimatias
Unfold – Alina Baraz & Galimatias
Aloha Ke Akua – Nahko Bear & Medicine for the People
Stole the Show – Kygo remix
Can’t feel my face – Walk off the Earth (cover)
Thrift Shop – Macklemore & Ryan Lewis
Grassroots Movement – MC Yogi
No Diggity – Polish Ambassador (cover)

What are yours?? :)

Thanks for tuning in!

Love this! I just did a 6hr sleep tnite (vs. usual 8) and love the 12 min naps! They go perfectly together my knowledge of visualisations and the creative flow that happens when you lower your brain frequency (while napping).

Nicola Tesla, Leonardo Da Vinci, Edison and other epic mindz did this stuff as well, no wonder.

Gets me more happy, relaxed, creative and visionary XD

Thanks for sharing and mucho love!!!

Hey Klemen, cool! Didn’t know Tesla was into polyphasic, but it doesn’t surprise me.
      Keep on rocking it!

I loved hearing about your sleep routine! Are you still practicing polyphasic sleep? Interesting that most of my life I have been practicing the 12 minute nap, but didn’t know it!! I just call them my cat naps. I have always somehow believed and know to be true that these short naps give me just the rest and rejuvenation I need to keep going! Thank you so much for sharing!
