Unless you’re a cat, a sloth or a total sleepoholic and absolutely loooove snoozing in between the sheets, you probably wouldn’t mind having a few extra hours of creative/productive/enjoyable time per day.
And although the dreamstate can be a great playground for lucid dreaming and astral projection, I for one feel waaay too in love with life to want to spend a third of it sleeping. (That’s like, 33 YEARS if you live to be 100.)
Having said that, it’s of course pretty useless to have more time awake and feel like a drugged out zombie for those extra hours, ammiright?
But how about sleeping less, having extra time AND having more energy?
I’ve been experimenting with this for a few months now, and have found a way that I can sleep 3-6 hours per 24 hours, and have more than enough time for work, creativity, yoga, party and intimacy.
