In today’s video I share one of my favorite breathing practices. The Ocean Breathing.
Don’t be fooled by its simplicity.
The breath is amazing in its gentle yet powerful capacity to open and shift our inner state.
And don’t knock it til you’ve tried it. You’ll only FEEL the effect if you actually do it.
This practice you can do alone or with a partner, as a solo experience or brought into lovemaking.
If you do it for a few minutes it will bring you into tingling aliveness.
If you do it for longer (30 minutes or more) and gradually deepen your breath as well as increase the tempo – it will bring you into heightened awareness, altered states of consciousness and even orgasm.
