The subject tonight
And for tomorrow night
As a matter of fact…
I know of no better topic
for us to discuss
until we all die.
I’ve been on Koh Phangan for less than a week now, and so much has happened it feels like time is operating in a different dimension here…
Most of all, I’m experiencing love in so many forms. Through nature, beautiful people, mangos & fresh coconuts, dance, music, connectedness and new meetings…
I feel myself dissolving. Relaxing layers of tension. Letting the sun and sweet humid air enter me…
Melting into this LOVE that is our true nature.
It’s becoming more and more clear to me that my entire life has been a continuous journey towards deeper love.
Perhaps you recognize this? My guess is that you do.
Whether it’s conscious or not – I believe that a big part of our life’s purpose is to become more transparent to love. To undo the tension that blocks the flow and contracts our natural openness.
Or, in short: Embody love.
I have found that in any moment I’m either opening or closing.
I’m either living as love or I’m living a compromise.
This intuition of love as our true nature makes it extra confronting when recurring patterns, habits, fears, jealousy, conflicts and neediness comes through us, and blocks true intimacy.
When I’m open and connected it feel SO GOOD. And when I contract and disconnect it’s f***ing painful…
One of the things that has helped me tremendously through the years in clearing away these patterns of closure is to always keep on learning. From the best of the best.
To continuously deepen my knowledge as well as put it into practice. To be humble enough to be open for picking up new skills and use them.
Today I want to share about one of many tools that I’ve found useful…
For the last couple of years I’ve taken part in the Art of Love Relationship series. It’s a yearly free online event featuring many of the world’s foremost sex and relationship experts.
This year over 50 different experts in 16 seminars will be sharing their wisdom in the Subject of Love.
The lineup includes:

This entire event is completely for free. April 1-9, with four online audio seminars per day. You can also buy the recordings if you want to re-listen, or if you miss a day.

I‘m going to head out to a sauna located in the dark wilderness of the jungle…
