A lover of mine recently said that meditation is just a posh word for relaxing.
I instantly loved it, but then I thought: How easy is it to relax into meditation, when your back is aching and screaming for attention?
Of course, back pain is just another sensation to meditate/relax into…
But if you want to use meditation to enter into a state where you’re open and receptive for inspiration, insights, downloads and flashes of genius – then being able to sit without effort is pretty handy, right?
